Fun with Mandarin

The only Mandarin “enrichment” class I sent Z for was a speech and drama class. It was meant to kill 2 birds with 1 stone, based on the advice of a more experienced mom.

It worked.

Z was more confident in presentation and developed more interest in Mandarin, simply because the class was so fun.

He had a graduation performance with the academy and spent 3-6 hours a day on rehearsals. We had thought he would be tired but he enjoyed the experience of performing and being on stage.

Guess we did right by him with this class and his dance CCA.

I was happy with the standards of the performance and the quality of the teachers, hence, we would be continuing the class.

Hope this would continue to encourage Z to speak and embrace Mandarin.
